WHAT TO EXPECT

BROWS

At the procedure appointment, a topical numbing will be applied to the skin to maximize comfort during the session. Your artist will take many different measurements to find the areas where the brows should be placed. Each look is completely customized to you. The artist will use a handheld tool to deposit pigment into the skin in hair-like strokes to mimic the look of hair to give your brows a fuller and dimensional style.

The complete healing process typically spans from 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the individual and age. Throughout this healing period, your new eyebrows will undergo a few distinct phases.

Following the procedure, the pigment's initial appearance might seem quite unnatural. Expect the pigment to darken notably on the subsequent day. It's important to recognize that as a result of natural skin regeneration, the brows could appear lighter than their original shade after the recovery phase (peeling). This may create the perception of swift color fading. Even when adhering to proper aftercare, some areas might experience more fading than others, leading to slight asymmetry in the brow appearance. This occurrence is completely normal and frequently prompts clients to schedule a touchup around the 6-week mark.

As the skin's healing process advances, you may notice flaking resembling dandruff or dry skin. Rest assured, this is merely the superficial pigment and dry skin naturally shedding from your eyebrows. The final desired look of your brows will become evident approximately one month following the procedure.

To facilitate the natural healing of the skin, avoid any rubbing or touching of the treated area.

Once the healing is complete, it's advisable to apply a layer of sunscreen with SPF 30 to 50 to your eyebrows whenever they are exposed to sunlight. Prolonged sun exposure has the potential to expedite the fading of the color pigment.

When applying foundation, be cautious to avoid the area of your healed eyebrows. Covering the healed brows with foundation can result in a lighter appearance.

RF MICRONEEDLING

On the day of your treatment, the area that we will be treating will be cleansed, and the numbing cream or local anesthetic will be applied to minimize any discomfort during the procedure. A handheld device with tiny sterile needles will be applied to the skin, creating controlled micro-injuries. The depth of the needles and the intensity of the radio frequency energy will be adjusted throughout the procedure based on your specific needs and goals. You may experience some mild discomfort during the treatment, which can range from a mild tingling or prickling sensation to a slightly more uncomfortable sensation which most clients describe as tiny little rubber band snaps in the more delicate areas. The numbing cream or local anesthetic helps to minimize that potential discomfort.

As the radio frequency energy is delivered into the skin, you may feel a warm or heating sensation. This is completely normal and indicates that the treatment is effectively stimulating collagen production. The duration of the treatment can vary on the size of the area being treated, but it typically takes 30 minutes to an hour for the actual procedure itself.

After your initial treatment, or series of treatments, you may need maintenance sessions to sustain the results. This can range from every six months to once a year, depending on factors, such as your age, skin condition, lifestyle, and your desired outcome. It is important to note that collagen production stimulated by the RF Microneedling gradually declines over time as the skin continues to age so the maintenance treatments help you  sustain and enhance the long-term results.

LASER SERVICES

We get asked a lot about what to expect during laser removal and the best answer is: it varies for each individual and each situation. We go over what to expect one-on-one with each client as it truly is a case-by-case experience. Smaller removals differ from larger removals as well as the location and how each person's body reacts to the procedure. On average, you could expect temporary mild Erethyma (redness of the skin) and tenderness at the treatment area for a few days. Rest assured, our experienced team takes great care to make the experience enjoyable and stress-free. We use only the highest quality equipment and techniques to ensure your comfort, safety, and satisfaction.

LIP BLUSH

Before we begin your lip blush procedure, we numb your lips to ensure your comfort by applying a topical anesthetic. This process doesn't hurt and after about 30 minutes, you should feel as little discomfort as possible!

After we numb your lips, we then map your lips to find the border and make minor adjustments to help create symmetry within the lip. This allows us to ensure that they are absolutely perfect for you!

The artist then uses a tattoo machine with a small tattooing needle to lock in the exact shape and apply light layers of color throughout the entire lip to make sure that the pigment is applied evenly and accurately.

The lips will heal typically within 6 weeks. During this time it is important to follow the After Care instructions closely to ensure the best results. While healing, the lips will peel and color will lighten by 30-50%. Each week, more color will appear in your lips as they continue to heal.
