Please reschedule if you are sick! Due to COVID-19, we will work with you to reschedule if you are sick.

We reserve the right to reschedule due to inclement weather, emergencies, or COVID-related closures/issues.


A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to book any appointment. In the rare event we are unable to perform your service due to your lack of proper preparation, failure to read our policies and FAQs/Preparations Info pages, failure to properly disclose any medical condition that could result in the inability to perform the service on you, or failure to provide a doctor's note for any medical condition, your deposit will serve as a consultation fee for your artist's time, and will be forfeited. Any reschedules in these circumstances will require a new deposit.


$100 deposit required to book 1st session & guarantees 2nd session appointment. We will make this second session appointment with you immediately after your procedure. Rescheduling this second-session (touch-up appointment) will result in an additional fee of $75. If you no-show for your 2nd session, you will be charged $75 for the scheduled service. If you no-show for a first session you will be charged 50% of the first session scheduled service remaining balance, and your deposit will be forfeited.

It is your responsibility to plan accordingly for the date of your touch-up. If for some reason you need to cancel your 6-8 week touch-up after scheduling it, unfortunately you will not be guaranteed a reschedule date within the 6-8 weeks as it will need to be the next available date since spots fill up quickly. If this appointment is outside of the 6-8 week window, an additional charge will be applied for the additional work and supplies needed depending on when it is able to be rescheduled.

If you are 15 minutes late or more, you may be asked to reschedule, and this will result in your deposit being forfeited and may result in being charged 50% of the remaining balance of the scheduled service for a first session. In order to accommodate the volume of clients we have, we do back-to-back appointments daily, and we need to be respectful of everyone's time. 


If you have a prior cosmetic tattoo (microblading or machine work) please message your artist with a picture of your eyebrows before attempting to book. If they are too saturated we may not be able to work them without performing a saline removal to lighten the saturation level.



Failure to read over the procedure info and being unprepared for your appointment will result in being sent home with forfeiting your deposit and may result in being charged 50% of the remaining balance of the scheduled service.
