HOW DO I PREPARE?

At Beyond Brows Permanent Cosmetics, we are dedicated to providing our clients with the highest level of safety and satisfaction. We understand the importance of proper preparation prior to any brow procedure, which is why we provide a comprehensive pre-treatment consultation and guidelines along with full aftercare instructions to ensure the best results.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

  • Avoid alcohol and caffeine for 24 hours before the procedure

  • Avoid blood thinning medications such as aspirin, ibuprofen and fish oil for at least 48 hours before the appointment to minimize the risk of bleeding.

  • Avoid using retinols on the area to be treated for a week before the treatment.

  • Limit caffeine to 1 cup of coffee or less the morning of the procedure

  • Do not tan or have a sunburn on the area to be treated.

AFTERCARE

Faux freckles typically take about 10-14 days to heal and should be treated with care during this time. To ensure proper healing, we recommend avoiding makeup, exfoliating, and any other activities that may irritate the faux freckles. Aftercare also includes using a gentle cleanser and moisturizing with a hypoallergenic lotion. Additionally, we suggest avoiding direct sunlight and wearing sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher.
