Permanent eyeliner, also known as cosmetic tattooing, is a procedure in which pigments are implanted into the skin along the lash line to create the appearance of eyeliner that lasts for an extended period of time. It is a form of permanent makeup that eliminates the need for daily application of eyeliner. The color and thickness of the eyeliner can be customized according to the individual's preference and eye shape.
WHY PERMANENT EYELINER?
Permanent eyeliner is for anyone who wants to enhance the appearance of their eyes or save time on their daily makeup routine. It is particularly popular among individuals who:
Have busy lifestyles with limited time for daily makeup application
Have difficulty applying eyeliner, evenly or struggle with shaky hands
Have allergies or sensitivities to traditional makeup products
Have sparse or thin eyelashes, and want to create the illusion of fuller lashes
Have vision problems or wear glasses that make it challenging to apply eyeliner
*It is important to note that permanent eyeliner may not be suitable for everyone. It is recommended to consult with a professional technician to determine if you are a good candidate.

Avoid blood-thinning substances for 2 days leading up to your appointment. Avoid consuming alcohol, aspirin, blood thinning medication, or supplements, like fish oil. These substances can increase bleeding during the procedure and may affect the healing process.
Avoid caffeine. It's advisable to avoid caffeine on the day of your appointment as it can make you more sensitive and jittery, which may affect the application
Arrive with clean eyes. On the day of the procedure, ensure that your eyes are free from any makeup, oils, or lotions. Cleanse your eyes thoroughly with a gentle cleanser, and avoid using any eye creams or serum's beforehand.
If you wear contacts, you will want to bring a solution and a case in which to put your contacts. You will need to wear glasses home from your procedure. You may resume wearing your contacts the following day.
If you have eyelash extensions, you will want to have the eyelash extensions removed at least 3 to 4 weeks prior to the initial appointment, you will want to plan for not having eyelashes until three weeks after your touchup session
It is extremely important to adhere to the aftercare instructions given to you by your artist after your procedure to ensure the best results. How well you follow them is your responsibility and will affect how your eyeliner looks after it is fully healed.
