Permanent eyeliner, also known as cosmetic tattooing, is a procedure in which pigments are implanted into the skin along the lash line to create the appearance of eyeliner that lasts for an extended period of time. It is a form of permanent makeup that eliminates the need for daily application of eyeliner. The color and thickness of the eyeliner can be customized according to the individual's preference and eye shape. Click below to book your Pittsburgh Permanent Eyeliner appointment today!

  • If you wear contacts, you will want to bring a solution and a case in which to put your contacts. You will need to wear glasses home from your procedure. You may resume wearing your contacts the following day.

  • If you have eyelash extensions, you will want to have the eyelash extensions removed at least 3 to 4 weeks prior to the initial appointment, you will want to plan for not having eyelashes until three weeks after your touchup session
